Blues, Rock (classic)
12 Grapes Music & Wine Bar
12 North Division Street
Peekskill, NY   See Map
The Flaming Meatballs are 15- and 13-year old brothers who love to play the Blues... And they play it VERY well. George and John Amenta perform old-soul songs like House of the Rising Sun, and they are Rising Stars.

Rock 93.3 DJ Rock Harris called them "my new favorite band.... Not only do they play original material but they also do sick covers of artists like Stevie Ray Vaughan and Eric Clapton."

The Flaming Meatballs have been steadily gaining an audience in the Hudson Valley, playing at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, the Dutchess County Fair and the Town of Marlborough Summer Concert Series as well as The Falcon.

We first met The Flaming Meatballs at one of our Kids Open Mic Nights, and as we watch them grow, we are more in awe of their talent than ever. We're excited to welcome TFM back to our stage. We're sure SLAM will be impressed, and so will you.

DINNER RESERVATIONS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

From B.B. King to Otis Redding, Slam has a way of making you feel the Soul of the music. They say it's often difficult to tell if he's doing one of his originals or an old Blues or Soul cover. Regardless, he makes all the music his own.

Slam's energy, musicianship and endearing personality will have you grooving to the music, and loving every minute.
