Adam O'Farrill has emerged as a “rising star as a player and composer” (PopMatters) and “a blazing young trumpet talent” (The New York Times). His music is both abstract and personal, writing compositions that reflect subjects such as being mixed race, growing up in New York, family history, and spirituality.
His primary band as a leader in the quartet, Stranger Days, featuring Xavier Del Castillo, Walter Stinson, and Zack O'Farrill. Their most recent album, Visions of Your Other, was named one of the best jazz albums of 2021 by The New York Times, The Boston Globe and Popmatters, O'Farrill has received awards and recognition for both his trumpet playing and composition. In both 2019 and 2021, he won the Downbeat Critics Poll for Best Rising Star Trumpeter. George Mallas is a piano based singer/songwriter with 3 full length albums to date. He is classically trained in both piano and voice. George has been writing since the age of 14. Constantly in the search for the next song, George spends most days in his music room writing.

The Poughkeepsie Jazz Project was created in 2012 with the goal of maintaining live jazz culture and community in Poughkeepsie, NY. Since its inception, The PKJP has presented a weekly jazz jam session accessible to all musicians and fans of live music. Over the past nine years, the jam has been honored to host hundreds of musicians from the Tri-state area. This event is free to both participants and listeners. Myles Mancuso is a multi-instrumentalist, playing guitar, keyboards, drums and bass. His original style of music is a blend of Roots Americana and R&B. He was recognized in 2010 by TrueFire as one of the Top 10 Guitar Prodigies in the World. Bittersweet Descent is comprised of Mark Grossman (guitar/vocals), Krisana Soponpong (bass), Jamie Altieri (guitar/vocals), and Pat DePellonia (drums). The band's primary focus is crafting and performing original, genre-busting, high-energy material with which any audience can instantly connect. Live shows are also peppered with covers of a variety of alternative and classic rock bands, along with folk, country, and punk covers. The band, with former drummer Jesse Weiss, recorded a six-song EP which is being released, and the title track is now available for streaming on all platforms. Grossman and Soponpong, along with drummer Chris Perna, worked together to record six singles of Grossman's original material, which are all available under his name on all streaming platforms, and which served as the songs that launched Bittersweet Descent's catalogue of original songs.
