TUESDAY Acoustic Open Mic Night
Dates: Every TUESDAY from 9pm to 11:30pm.
Music of all Styles - Poetry - Dramatic Monologues - Improv - clean Comedy - etc.!!! NO COVER CHARGE, respect, & a nice forum to test out your stuff & practice your craft in front of others!!! FULL MENU until 10pm & 'light fair' (salads, etc.) until 11pm. This is an ACOUSTIC open mic which means no drum kits. Unlike our last location (Pete's Saloon) there is not enough room for a full band set up so solo, duo & trio will work out well. If you are a drummer that wants to jam bring bongoes, djembe, snare & brushes, etc. SINGERS &/or RAPPERs if you have a drum machine or cd tracks w/ YOUR OWN PORTABLE PLAYER please bring what you need to connect: the P.A. has XLR, 1/4" instrument cable & RCA inputs. SOLO INSTRUMENTALISTS if your stuff doesn't plug in we can mic it; we have 2 house mics so if you need more, bring.
Stop by & sign the list! The limit will be 2 or 3 songs or about 10-14 minutes. If the list is small we'll have you come back up & do more if you'd like...Stuff has to be reasonably profanity-free. Some people are there eating dinner with their families, etc. (respect)... Your host will be local acoustic/singer-songwriter Joe No who will do his best to help you sound good while you entertain!
