	Veteran musicians Joe Gil (trombone), Neil Alexander (organ and keyboards) and Nadav Snir-Zelniker (drums) have put together a new group called the "Thunderhead Organ Trio". The group is taking the concept of the organ trio in a new and different direction, drawing on many different influences and styles. The group explores the grittier, rockier side of the genre referencing groups like the original Tony Williams Lifetime and mines the jazz standard repertoire for obscure gems and deep cuts. The group will be playing original tunes, jazz standards, lost classics and rare gems.

	For anyone who loves joyful, unpretentious, but highly creative and spontaneous jazz, Todd Londagin’s new album Look Out For Love will be a delightful discovery. In the company of four longstanding musical cohorts, Todd has assembled a repertoire of 10 songs, culled from the Great American Songbook and popular songs. Bassist Jennifer Vincent and drummer David Berger have been playing with Todd since the early 1990s (all three were original members of the successful ‘90s band, The Flying Neutrinos); while pianist Matt Ray and guitarist Pete Smith have been performing with Todd since 2000. Together, they artfully and lovingly developed each piece like an assortment of delicious dishes combined together for a cohesive feast. It's one of the longest running Open Mics for young people in Westchester. Sing solo or with a band. Bring your guitar, bass, sax, flute or whatever instrument you play. We provide a drum kit, keyboard, amps and microphones. iPod backing music accommodated. (Internet connection not available, so have your song pre-set.) He has toured as a cast member of the "Ray Charles Show"; performed at international jazz festivals including the Zanzibar International Film Festival; North Sea Jazz Festival-Cape Town, South Africa; Audi Jazz Festival-Brussels, Belgium; and the Foix Jazz Festival, France among others; and was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame, 2013. 	Since their emergence, the Klezmatics have raised the bar for Eastern European Jewish music and helped to change the face of contemporary Yiddish culture. Today they celebrate 30 years! With three original members—Lorin Sklamberg, Frank London and Paul Morrissett, and longtime members Matt Darriau, Lisa Gutkin and Richie Barshay, the Klezmatics are without a doubt the most successful proponents of klezmer music in the world. In 2003 the band wrote new music to a collection of lyrics by Woody Guthrie, which resulted in a 2006 Grammy Award for Wonder Wheel. But the project actually came about because Nora (Woody’s daughter) discovered that eight were Hanukkah songs! Hanukkah you ask? Woody’s mother in law was the Yiddish songwriter Eliza Greenblatt, and the bond with her and her culture much informed his creative thinking during his Brooklyn years. These songs, along with new instrumentals became Woody Guthrie’s Happy Joyous Hanukkah.

Joe Louis Walker's career stretches across decades and a variety of musical styles, including gospel, blues, rock and jazz. TONIGHT'S SPECIAL GUEST... Accomplished guitarist, songwriter, vocalist, teacher and performer. Joe Nott, has played with Joe Louis Walker, Charlie Scott among others. Vito Luizzi, Johnny Winter's drummer for more than 20 years, is now a member of the Joe Nott Band. Currently ranked at the top of the ReverbNation charts for Blues/Rock/Jam music, the JNB has played countless clubs and venues throughout the Northeast, as a rock, blues and jam band with a dedicated following.
