Arc Iris crystallizes the evolution of composer, singer, and multi-instrumentalist Jocie Adams, a former core member of renowned indie-folk band The Low Anthem. This is a breakaway moment for Adams, who now takes center stage as composer, lyricist, and lead vocalist. Embracing her new role as auteur, Adams has created a genre-bending style that often shifts between cabaret-infused jazz, orchestral sophistication, grimy outlaw country, delicate and whimsical harmonies, and big-band exhilaration – sometimes all in the same song. Adams’ vast aesthetic vision is matched only, and appropriately, by the band’s multifaceted musicianship, which includes Zach Tenorio-Miller on piano, Mike Irwin on trumpet, Robin Ryczek on cello, Ray Belli on drums, Max Johnson on bass, and Charlie Rose on steel banjo and trombone. In rehearsing, the group drew inspiration from a range of artists, in particular Dirty Projectors, Harry Nilsson, and Leonard Cohen.

The SUNDOWN Band has been performing their brand of Southern Rock since 1976. Every time the band's been reviewed, the response is the same: "You will be hard pressed to find another band that performs with the talent, passion, and intensity that these guys bring to the stage every night." (WPDH 101.5 FM). SUNDOWN's played all the legendary Westchester clubs like the Fore 'n Aft, Bottom's Up and The Beachmont, as well as NYC clubs like Lone Star Cafe. The highlight of their shows are the duel guitar talents of Ronnie Pauls and Steve Mitchell, which leaves audiences in awe. Jeffery Broussard is one of the most influential accordionists and vocalists in modern Zydeco music and continues to be one of the genre’s most dynamic performers and innovators. Jeffery Broussard was born in Lafayette, LA, Jeffery’s music career started very early, playing drums in his father’s band, the renowned Delton Broussard & The Lawtell Playboys. Although he left school for farm work to help his parents, Jeffery would sneak in to the house, get his daddy’s accordion and teach himself to play. It was in his brother Clinton’s band, Clinton Broussard & The Zydeco Machines that Jeffery played in public for the first time. Whether he is playing a festival stage in front of thousands of dancers, a small theater of seated patrons, or teaching a lesson, his warmth, love of the music, and talent shine. Jeffery Broussard is well, the real deal. Dedicated to preserving and promoting the Creole culture and traditional Zydeco music, he carries on his Daddy's legacy.
